1. Introduction

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and Kiki Bet when you open, hold or use an account on this site. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open a Kiki Bet account. You must be legally allowed to gamble under the laws of the country and region in which you are resident. Kiki Bet cannot accept registrations from residents of the following countries: Afghanistan, Aruba, Bonaire, Canadian Province of New Brunswick, Central African Republic, China, Costa Rica, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Lithuania, Myanmar, Portugal, Russian Federation, Saba, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sint Maarten, Somalia, South Sudan, Statia, Syria, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America, Venezuela and Yemen. If you register from a restricted region your account and any funds inside it may be locked pending a check.

You are responsible for verifying that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. Kiki Bet accepts no liability for accounts opened in breach of local law.

4. Account rules

Each person may hold one Kiki Bet account. Duplicate accounts opened by the same person are closed and any winnings inside them may be voided. Account details must be accurate at registration; if any detail changes you must update your account or notify support. You are responsible for the security of your password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, change the password and contact support immediately.

Kiki Bet may ask for identity documentation at any time to comply with regulatory checks. Requests are typically issued at the first withdrawal but may be issued at any point. Documents include a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address. Delaying a documentation request delays withdrawals.

5. Deposits and wagering

Deposits are made through the payment methods listed in the cashier. All deposits become playable funds at the moment they credit to your account. Deposit minimums start at 10 pounds for card and standard e-wallet routes. Crypto deposits confirm on chain and are credited once the network confirmations reach the required threshold. Kiki Bet does not charge deposit fees; card issuers, banks or crypto networks may apply their own fees or exchange margins.

Every bet placed with Kiki Bet is subject to the game rules for the specific product and the general rules in this document. Bets that are placed in error and paid out in error may be reversed. Bets on live sports markets are subject to the settlement rules of the relevant sport and the tournament in question. Void bets are refunded to the deposit balance.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit wherever the network supports it. 7. Bonus rules and wagering

Every bonus at Kiki Bet is offered under a specific set of terms. Casino bonuses use a 30 times bonus wagering multiplier. Sports bonuses use a 15 times bonus wagering multiplier. Bonus balances expire 30 days after they credit if the wagering is not met inside that window. A residual balance below 10 pence is treated as forfeit under the same rule.

Game contribution to wagering varies by product. Slots contribute 100 percent. General table games contribute 10 percent. Blackjack, Roulette, Arcade games, Video Poker, Casino Hold'em and Craps each contribute 5 percent. Sic Bo, Royal Craps, Baccarat and Red Dog do not contribute at all. The following practices are treated as bonus abuse and can result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided:

• Placing low-risk roulette combinations that cover 24 or more unique number spots on a single spin, for example Red and Black together, to build wagering with minimal exposure.
• Using bonus funds to build meter or feature progress on a slot and later returning with a zero cash balance to claim the retained payout.
• Exploiting technical malfunctions inside a game round during promotional play, whether on the client or the server side.

8. Responsible gambling

Kiki Bet takes responsible gambling seriously. 9. System malfunctions and fraud prevention

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, a payment or an account state, Kiki Bet may void the affected event or reset it to the state that would have applied without the malfunction. Any winnings that arise solely from a malfunction are voided. This clause protects both parties from errors caused by software, hardware or network issues outside normal operation.

Kiki Bet may suspend or close an account where fraud, collusion, money laundering or terror financing is suspected. Related transactions may be reversed and reported to the relevant authorities. Multiple accounts opened from a single household or a shared network may be checked under this clause.

13. Amendments

Kiki Bet may amend these terms at any time. Material changes are communicated through email or an in-app notice, and the amended version is posted at this URL. Continued use of the account after the amended version takes effect is treated as acceptance. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account under the account closure procedure before the change takes effect.

14. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, Costa Rica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes that are not resolved through the complaints procedure or an approved dispute resolution service are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause reduces the statutory consumer rights of a resident of another country to the extent those rights apply as a matter of law.
